Mr Saulisu Natogmah had his Basic education in Chamba completing in the year 1992. He obtained his SSSCE certificate from Tamale Secondary School; 1993-1995. Mr Natogmah studied Electrical Engineering at the Takoradi Polytechnic completing in the year 2000.

He is a private Business man and the CEO of Dinkugari Company Ltd, Bimbilla.
